 I still see the fat guy in the mirror and am always running from that person.  If I don't workout I feel fat, if I have a bad workout I feel fat. If I have a bad run I blame it on being fat. 

Yeah I am still a fat guy, in my head.

The mirror lies, there are thin mirrors you know, ones that stretch you, never trust any mirrors unless you know it is accurate.  And no I have a hard time seeing I weigh half as much as I used too, but in my mind I was never MO, so thats probably part of it.

I feel a lot of disbelief that I actually look thinner. I have a flabby tummy, and loose skin in all the "right" areas, but I look at my size 10 jeans, and feel a lot of satisfaction that they actually zip. Of course, I felt that way wearing a size 24 with all the eating I did back then...ugh just to remember those days!
