Does reactive hypoglycemia get any better?

Hi, Sorry to hear you are having some difficulty.  It doesnt sound to me like you have reactive hypoglycemia, it sounds like you are dumping.

Reactive hypoglycemia usually happens 2 hours after you have eaten.  If this is happening soon after you eat, you are probably dumping.  Try to stay away from things that are heavy such as pasta and make sure you are not drinking with your meals.
