Still at a standstill

Still at a stall in my weightloss journey. It has been over 2 weeks and no difference on the scale. I know it is perfectly normal but still frustrating. I hope everytime I step on the scale it will show a loss but nothing. A couple of ounces either way.

I know this is normal since I have lost 86 pounds in a short period of time (11/21) but yet it is still tough to accept. You get spoiled with the positive readings on the scale and then nothing. I hope that it changes soon as it's getting OLD! I wanted to be down 100# by my next doc appt on 6/21 but now that doesn't seem possible

I am one of those who weigh myself everyday and I watch the scale go up and down. I know you are not supposed to, but I am comfortable with it.

It is normal to not lose weight for periods of time. When this happens you may be losing inches and/or gaining muscle! Don't be discouraged, just keep following the rules.

I also log everything I eat everyday and log my exercise everyday. I know if I am doing something wrong and what to expect. It really holds you accountable.

I also would not put such demands on myself as to how much and when should have weight lost. That is too much added stress that may take you back to bad habits that we are trying to get rid of.

Be patient, it will work. You have done great so far!
