DS on 04/25/07

I'm over 5 years out. Last October I found myself about 25 pounds up from my lowest weight post-DS. I decided to work the DS again and have lost over 110 pounds since then. I've now lost a total of 275 and am about 10 pounds from my goal weight. I hope you'll be encouraged by what all the respondents have written and from my own experience.
