I'm 4 months too and I'm losing very slowly this month.  I was just about to Post on it !!!

I finally got back on track (I hope) by:

1.  Sleeping
2.  Eating Breakfast
3.  Getting protein, supplements in.
4.  Watching my carbs ( I decided to heed some forum veterans that they always need to be controlled)
5.  Watching my activity level.
6.  Relaxing.  I decided no-one stops losing at 4 months.

There aren't any drinks responsible for weight loss, and I seriously doubt there are any 'energy drinks' that don't cause weight GAIN.

Your profile says your BMI is 17.6---that would make you seriously UNDER-weight.
