I had sleep apnea.  Every time I'd enter REM sleep, I'd wake up.  I knew it was gone when I started dreaming again!

My BMI was 35.2...I was an insulin pump dependent type 2 diabetic, had genetically high cholesterol that required medicatio to stay under 200.

Now, my BMI is 22.3, my insulin pump and insulin is a thing of the past...controlling my diabetes with diet and exercise only. My cholesterol was last tested at 179 with NO medications and eat a full meat/fat diet.
