12 month out--stalling

I have been stalled at the 12 month mark, I know this is somewhat common from doing some research but is the malabsorbtion period over?  I walk 45 minutes a day, take my protein seriously, increased fiber and get my fluids in.  What can I do to jump start the weight loss once again.  I had been averaging any where from 7-10 per month previously and now its up 2 down 1 for the past 3 weeks.

HELPFUL Suggestions appreciated!

You've got another year or so of malabsorption. Most people go back to eating junk during the second year. They don't lose anymore and don't gain anymore.

I recommend making the scale your best friend now. Log food and exercise and adjust them until the losing starts again. It will take some sacrifice but don't waste the rest of the honeymoon. Use this time to keep going toward your goal.

You will NEVER get this opportunity again. You have done awesome. Don't quit now.

I'd say you should get stricter with he diet and workout plan now.

Your body is adjusting and the honeymoon will soon be over.  Now is the time to start getting more diligent if there's more weight to be lost.
