So frustrated
I have been having a lot of Carb cravings as of late. Could you please give me an idea of what you do to relieve those cravings. Also what are some high protein snacks, other than nuts, that you snack on between meals. I am trying to increase my calories because I know part of the reason I have hit a plateau so long is because I'm not getting in enough calories. Unfortunately, I know I am not eating the appropriate things between meals and just need some help to get me through this rough patch. Any help is appreciated.
Cheese is a good snack that has a fair amount of protein. Milk is another snack option. I'm prone to the munchies and once I start munching, I want to keep on so I'll drink instead. Milk gets a good amount of protein in and calcium.
Good luck,

How many calories a day are you eating? Are you tracking every bite? Are you weighing and measuring your food?? What are you doing for exercise? Perhaps increase the intensity there. For example, walking is great for your heart, but does not do much to increase your metabolism or burn many calories. Using an elliptical machine is a better use of time.

Why so frustrated? Looks like you are doing a great job with your weight loss. I have to say for me I don't track, measure or weigh my food. I do have a fear of gaining my weight back so that is why I have decided to come back to this sight and get more involved because let to my own devices is really not my best idea lol! I am trying different exercise such as line dancing, biking on the greenway.....It seems for me that the exercise doesn't get tedious if I change it up. This is a work in progress. My best advice to you is to not get caught up in the regiment and enjoy each day as it comes.
