16 months tomorrow RNY Success
The weight is moving very slowly now, but at least I am still losing....1 lb for the month but I will take it. 9.5 to go for goal and a remarkable 171 pounds lost....I can't complain. I feel great and know I have done and amazing job. Proud of the job done and hope to continue even if it is 1 pound now and then.
You have done a fantastic job ... totally amazing ... CONGRATULATIONS ... I share in your pride in a job well done and am so happy for you. Best wishes for a continued amazing journey ... it never ends and you will definitely keep going until you get to the point where you want to maintain ... ENJOY!!!
Congrats! You are a great example of success! Super job and attitude!

Congrats!! It really really slows down now, I feel your pain. I've got two little freaking pounds to go and the past couple of months have been steady. It'll happen when it happens or else the plastic guy will lop it off. *laughing*
I'm so proud for you!!!

Thanks to all for the wonderful words and congrats...16 months ago I was a very different person, with totally different priorities. Funny how regaining a life makes things all seem so different. I think I am most proud of walking my Bella daily for the past 9 months. Living in Vegas where the temps can and do soar and winds can really blow, we still walk for at least 40 minutes!!! She really looks forward to it too and for those don't know Bella is my sweet long haired dachshund. lol
