25 minutes of intervals on the treadmill and 20 minute strength training DVD.
It's a run day - drove down to the Lagoon and met a friend there to run in the rain. Pretty much most the leaves are gone now, we are well into fall, but it made for a gorgeous 2 mile run, seeing the yellow-carpeted grass and trails.
