4 mile trail run and the equivalent of 30 flights of stairs while jumping rocks roots logs and a crazy dog, nursing a cold that kept me in bed for 5 days.

 

So Ya I feel ya!

Sometimes you really do just have to do it....and you will feel better.

Today

11am-Noon BJJ drilling and light rolling

6:00pm-7:00pm teaching Kali and Karate

7:00pm-9:00pm BJJ and Wrestling

I do the above Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.  Wednesday and Saturday's I get a minimum 10mi mountain bike ride in with at least 1000' elevation gain.
