I think that it's great that you post information about exercise and nutrition to help others. I see nothing wrong with your posts.

There is no need to ask permission for what you want to post.  Folks can read them or not.  I will tell you this, you are on the right track.  I realize (as I'm sure you do) that you are relatively early in your journey, but it looks to me like you've done really well.

NO ONE is going to be successful long term without a complete shift in lifestyle, food choices and mindset.  Period.  EVERYONE got obese doing the opposite of what we were supposed to be doing.

I am almost 5 years out, and have been a regular exerciser for over 5 years now.  I started when I began my six month "pre-diet" AND I'VE NEVER STOPPED.  It really is part of my life now.  I am actually going to get certified as a personal trainer after the 1st of the year.  That is how important it is to me.  I'm very happy to see posts from folks that are on the right path to LONG TERM GOOD HEALTH AND FITNESS.

Keep it up, and keep challenging yourself.  I can do things today, at almost 50 years old, that I never dreamed possible!  I am doing the Warrior Dash November 2nd, and just got back from Vegas where I jumped off the Statosphere!!

Post whatever you want, 1st for yourself, and if you happen to make someone think along the way, so much the better.

Peace.

Hi Keith.

I have only recently been reading your posts but they do all offer good information.  If anything at all, I would suggest condensing them into one post.  I had my surgery over 5 years ago and I can never read enough of anything related to our health and our rearranged plumbing.  That's just my personal opinion, however.  Thanks for the time you put into it.
