Let's see, quick and easy Halloween costumes... how about "instant superhero" or supervillain? Pick out a really silly power (evil villain of missing socks, ability to find lost carkeys, etc.), and cut out some black felt with your "emblem." Pin it to a colored shirt, find some tights/leggins in a matching color, add a black skirt and a black towel or sheet for a cape, maybe a headband or something, and there you go!
