I'm a failure!
First of all, you are not a failure, and thinking that is a way to keep us in old patterns of beating ourselves up- not useful in my book. Then it's back to the basics, logging food and exercise, managing cravings and impulses and all the stuff that is unfortunately hard to do. I'm also a vote for formal exercise for health and speeding up the weight loss. I do daily weights to monitor myself, and adjust accordingly for the day.
If you are persistent, it will happen. Maintenance is hard, isn't it, having it all up to us? We do have our small tummies to work with, but otherwise it is as hard for me as being pre-op. I knew that going into it, but the experience is a whole different thing.

You will discover a sense of empowerment and peace you have never before experienced. You will come to believe you can overcome your challenges and find some joy in this world." Katie Jay
