Hmm  ok , so many choices , , I'm hungry... I have big time anxiety around any kind of fatty foods, when you've been through as many heart attacks and heart surgeries as I have, it can make anyone scared. should see me in the kitchen when I am cutting the visable fat off a ham. I am actually balling my eyes out just looking at that fat. well that's the truth..Butter makes me have anxiety too...thanks for all the suggestions

I can't remember the brand for sure but I think it's I can't believe it's not butter SRAY. I use it all the time it has nothing in it and will give you the taste your looking for

I know this is an old post but I just had some crab legs with butter where the restaurant removed almost all of the greasy top layer from the melted butter and then added some garlic salt and what I think was just a bit of oregano (or maybe it was parsley).  It was delicious!
