I'm a fan of Jay Robb egg-white protein, but I mix it with coffee instead of milk, along with some cream and vanilla and ice

So glad I came across this post! Surgery scheduled for the 12th and I also seem to have issues with dairy the older I get. Nice to know that there are alternatives if this gets worse with time or even post-op. Currently I am ok with most of the protein bases as long as I mix with soy or almond milk, but I will have to keep the egg white protein and pea protein on my lockdown radar for future reference! Thanks!

I got an egg based one at gnc once but can't rember the brand but I don't think it was Jay Robb.  not too bad as I recall.  Also tried a hemp one. Tastes horrid. its going in the trash.   diane

The nice thing about getting stuff at GNC is that you can return them.

I'm going to go there today and get some stuff to try. A friend has a recipe that combines a hemp and something else with creatine and cocoa powder. I might try that without the creatine.
