Wondering how others reward themselves on milestones and achievements...

One thing I forgot to write yesterday was to be kind to yourself. This is a life changer and sometimes we can be very hard on ourselves.

CLOTHING....BELIEVE ME YOU'LL NEED IT.  You will be amazed how quickly you will be out of sizes...Buy something totally different from when being at a higher weight.

I changed the basis of my thinking, and changed the word to Celebration instead of reward and re-started my thinking.

For example: at 80 pounds I rented a Camaro convertible for a couple days while I was on a tirp (rather than a Ford Focus or Toyota Corolla)

at 75 pounds, I purchased a Groupon for 4 horse-back riding lessons

at 60 pounds a new pair of jeans

at 50 pounds I bought some sunglasses I had wanted

I believe in celebrating :)

Totally can embrace the celebrating mantra!  Thanks for sharing.
