Water Enhancer Ideas?
Watermelon, sadly, falls into the fructose category for me, but mint seems like it should work. I actually picked up cucumber and mint at the store today to see what I could do with them :)

You can buy pure stevia extract and flavors extracts and made the water drops as weak or strong as you like.

Yes, sadly I haven't been able to find flavor enhancers that don't contain citric acid. Do you know of any?

I am not sure if these will meet your requirements Gwen. I do not like plain water either. Prior to my surgery i would get a 30 oz wide mouth bottle of water and add something different every day. Thin sliced lemons with limes, frozen peaches or fresh strawberries worked well. I did not eat the fruit. Just sitting in the water the flavor would infuse. My co-worker from India would add fresh cucumber and lemon slices together with a pinch of tumeric. I have also tried berries with fresh basil leaves, sounds weird but I liked it. I do not drink my water that way now as I am avoiding obsessing over how I would count those carbs in the fruit as I am still trying to lose. If you are looking for sweetness, there is always stevia powder. Hope you find something you like. :-)
