Looking for information on the Ketogenic Diet

I use Baritastic. It lets me put in my goals in grams, and I can put in my net carb max of 20 and it figures net carbs automatically. It shows my totals in grams, but it has a great pie chart that shows my percentages of fat, carbs, and protein. I love it.

I try to follow keto more than less.

Since I lost my GB in 2008, I had to slowly increase my fat. Still - some fats are not OK with my system. I may get nausea with a few bites, my system letting me know it is not OK.

simple fats, like avocado, some nuts, coconut - etc - are easier on my system. I stay away from heavily process fats like soybean, canola, and most vegetable fats. They are not natural IMO (they need a factory to "make it" ) so I stay away from them. My body tolerates butter or rather Ghee (clarified butter) with no problem.
