Wow .. Funny how we were just talking about J.R. in my other thread and our wish that he have WLS. Looks like he has made great progress w/o it, by going the diet and exercise route, the former helped greatly by having a personal chef at his disposal. Hope he keeps it up and keeps it off .. ! (and, again, gets those tats off his head )

Losing 100 lbs is no small feat, especially without surgery. Having a personal chef probably makes a huge difference in staying consistent, but the dedication still has to come from him -- and it clearly has. I really hope he stays on this path and keeps feeling better in his own skin. (And yeah, the head tattoos are definitely... a choice
