Debbie, are you there?  A lot of people have invested time in trying to talk with you.

Do you want help? Is there anything we can do for you?

Heidi,

People will continually interrupt peoples posts that are calm because that is what they do.

In a nutshell, Diana was moderated off OH.  I checked out their board to see what was happening and what it was all about. They talk about what ever, make their big plans to remove all the posts from here and take the" brain trust" with them so OH or any other newbie does not benefit from their experience and superior knowledge, then wait for us all to perish from our own stupidity.

It happened before and it happened again.

When the hysteria is over, life will resume. No one is collectevly F*ed up, especially not you. Keep taking those beautiful pictures of your swans, things will calm down.

Topic: RE: What were some of your WOW moments for 2011?
Biggest wow for me was the addition of a rescue dog. We (I) named her Patti Cake.  Our family has enjoyed this little dog found in the trash, so very much. I had no idea we were missing such a huge part of life without her.  Our family dynamics have changed so much.
Next wow moment, I survived a bleeding ulcer......almost killed me. I am still healing, but since the surgery, this has been the biggest event to rock our family in a long time. Little things simply do not matter.
Most recent WOW moment, my son's truck was stolen.  He managed to get through it with grace and dignity.  We are all grateful he was not hurt or killed. Another reinforcement of how precious life is.
This year has been about focusing on the big picuture, and doing things that count for one another.
I will be glad to start a New Year, even though it means another birthday for me. (more prezzies, yeah)

Topic: RE: Before and afters
I have no idea how to add this, so I had to add as a reply to my own post.  This is after my thyroid removal on the 15th of December. That is our little rescue dog, Patti Cakes.  Breeders tossed her out because she did not have ears that hung down.  They did not think they could make money off her.  The pound has about 26 various dogs left that they siezed from this breeder still left. We got Patti in August.
This is her first Christmas with us. Currently I am 118, in a size 2-4.  working on my 30th month post surgery.
Happy New Year everyone!

Ruggie that is too funny!
an alternative is giving your scale a time out. Out in the garage, your mother-n-laws house, out with the trash......  relax a bit will ya?
Stick to the rules and you will be just fine.

I would call your insurance company and requests a new provider. Time to get a second opinion. This is rediculous. Since your insurance company is recieptive, talk with them and let them know what type of issues you are having.
Good luck! If they cant keep this going before, what is your after care going to be like?

Topic: RE: protein powder... HELP!
Wow, I forgot to post other things.
I found Greek yogurt has 14 gm of protein per serving.  My protein drink has 23 per serving so I can sub two Greek yogurts per day.  I favor blueberry and only care for one brand.  I suggest you prepare to test more than one at a time, your tastes will change over the coming months.
Almonds and soy bean products, they have lots of protein. I would also suggest you start snooping a a natural food store in your area.  Happy hunting.
