Hey MsPC
! Good to see you back on BAF.
You know me. My screen name should be: MSW will never be satisfied
I'm still bouncing ten above where I really need to be to keep a solid normal bmi during the monthly fluctuations and hating it. Trying to get motivated... Let me not get started because as you know I am an expert in the arts of *****'n & moan'n & whin'n & complain'n, lol.

Congratulations on starting your journey. If I could tell every pre op just one thing to start doing right now it is EXERCISE. If all you can do today is sit in a chair and extend your legs or raise your arms over head it is still a start.
I'm glad you like the links. You will loose that hundred and then some. We'll be seeing you on the loser's bench.

These links are incredible! Thanks so much for posting them, I'm new to this board.
I'm pre-op vertical sleeve gastrectomy. I have my pre-op surgery appointment 8/8.
weight: 287. Looking to lose about 100 lbs.

I'm so ready for change, it hurts. But all the hurdles I'll have conquered along the way make everything well worth it.

...I'll be at the hospital being prepared for surgery. I am the first surgery of the day. It's still rather surreal for me and I keep telling my husband that I can't believe I'm doing this. He thinks I'm being overly dramatic.
Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that after all of the mishigas I posted about before and this grueling pre-op liquid diet, it's happening!
Wish me luck.

MsLee! Welcome back!
You know better than to get dehydrated. Its time to sip sip sip & start living in your own time zone again. Looking forward to the pics.
We both need to get back on the straight & narrow so we can get ourselves slender & narrow, lol. Like back in the day, a good old fashioned supportive BAF challenge would work for me about now.
