Topic: I FORGOT TO TELL YALL I WAS HOME
I have been home for a week and have been eating like a fat pac man after oreo dots.

I have a ton of pictures to get through and as soon as I pick the ones where I don't look like a fat blob I will start posting.  I hate the way I look in pictures right now so finding good ones will be difficult, but i'm finding some.   When I finish you all will know.

It is really good to be back home, lord knows I missed my bed and my home.  I love when you are away for a while and you come home the walls look so clean.

I still have a pretty mean case of jet lag and still staying up until 4 am which is super late for a girl who is usually in bed by 8 and sleep by 12.  But i'm sure it will correct itself soon now.

Anyway, since I been home I hurt my left knee and had to go to emergency for my back and shoulder blades locking up.  LOL.  I know it was due to dehydration and I have been getting my water in over the past 3 days and will try to continue.

Anyway, it's really good to be home.   I missed you guys.

Topic: RE: REVISION
You were leaving as I found BAF.  Congrats on the revision.

Thanks for the reminder that weight gain is not the only way we can screw up.  We want to be slender and healthy which means following all of the rules to keep our new plumbing healthy.

Heal and be well.

Grading myself a C / C because I did not pay much attention to my program this week.  Still holding steady on the scale and with protein, vits & water but my goal right now is to kick into weight loss mode.  So...,  I'm a loser because I did not staay focused.  Gotta bump it up from "fair".

Applause for walking away from that party cake and on your win.  Make a plan for yourself and bump up that fair a grade this week.

Glad you like it.  There are a lot of low carb recipies out there that are perfect for post ops as we reach the stage where we can eat the ingredients.  I like www.lowcarbfriends.com  .  Its not a bariatric site but the recipies are sugar free, no sugar added, and very very limited in refined carbs.

Thanks much.  We need to be straight with each other about the ups and more importantly the downs.  Support is more than cheering each other on about pounds lost.  IMO any way.

Not at all.  That's the equivalent of cutting back 2000 calories a day.  When last did you loose four pounds a week on average?  Manage your expectations and remember the big numbers talked about are not typical numbers.   A little homework on the clinical studies out there will prove this.  Relax, you are doing well.
