65 min. on the elliptical and 40 min on treadmill 15 mins of it running/jogging 25 of it fast walk at a steep incline and I'm tried but feel good

I am still recovering from that dam Great Wall of China that kicked my ass, so yes I am working out because I spend every single day walking literally for hours. But as far as dedicated working out in a gym is concerned nope, I have not been in a gym since I left home, I can't lie I do miss working out.

Thanks nothing in my life has ever been easy and I've always had to work a little harder then most lol what makes this any different so yes I'll be fighting and fighting to get to my goal and stay there
