OK it took me a while to post this because i really didn't want to sound ungrateful but since surgery (may 30th) I have only lost around 16 pounds I say around because 1 day i can get on the scale and it say 195 two days later 198 its been 24 days and I was expecting more i got the surgery because i always stop losing around 200 pounds before surgery I lost 39 pounds in 3in a half months without a pre op liquid diet so I'm feeling some what cheated i know that I can only live with my choice but I can't help but think about the people close to me telling me not to get surgery because I can do it on my own and now they can just say they told me so .............feeling a little sad thanks for reading

Like I mentioned in the orginal post. I have NO plans on trying this right now. Matter of fact I have no taste buds for anything early I'm forcing myself to eat as it is.

There is way to much fat on this body to claim any sort of body building. I build body but it's built with snacks and fried cat fish. LOL LOL

Lynn if I could get through one picture without thinking how fat I am I would agree with you, but I have Becca take at least 5 pictures of me in one spot because I need a big enough selection to choose from because I feel so freaking fat. I really wish I could just appreciate this trip and stop it like Becca says, but I can't do that because my head is so freaking screwed up.

Hi Marcia!!! I miss you.
Let me tell you about this picture, when I walked in the Peace Park and saw this huge statue the first thing I did was dropped to the ground and started doing pushups to get blood to my biceps so I could do a muscle shot, then I had people watching me and when I did the pose I got a lot of are you a body builder questions as if my fat behind looks like a dam body builder. LOL.
