Guess Your Age

Three old ladies were sitting on a bench outside a nursing home. About then an old man walked by, and one of the old ladies said, "We bet we can tell how old you are."

The old man said, "There ain't no way you can guess it."

One of the old ladies said, "Sure we can. Drop your pants!" He did. The three ladies looked at him for a few moments and then the other lady said, "Take off your underwear."

The guy dropped his underwear and the old ladies stared at him for a while longer and then they all piped up and said, "You're 84 years old!"

The old man was stunned. "Amazing. How did you guess that?" The old ladies laughed, "You told us yesterday."

Right now I need to tighten th work out.  Butt, abs, thighs need mega work.  Gotta make a plan and post it so you can all hold me accountable.

ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:

WIN!  You are a loser over the past week

LOOSE! You are a gainer over the past week

DRAW! No loss no gain over the past week.  Is it a frustrating slow down in your wl? Or, perhaps its an infuriating stall?  Or, is this mainting and holding steady, no problem?

Make this week a good one.  Think about what went well and what was not so nice recently.  Consider what works for you and what is counter productive.  Make a plan.  Work your program.

Missn' U 2!   I'll be glad when I can get my daily BAF fix again.

Calories are not a big issue for most newbies.  It seems regardless of procedure wls folks can't hold enoug food to kill the calorie count.  Keep working the protin and water and congrats on the workouts.

I was washing my hands for the last couple of days and notice my rings wants to slip off. I thought it was the soap but come to find out my ring is getting to big for me. I can literally side it off with no problem. Its time for a re size or maybe even better a upgrade LOL
