You normal, its all I guess apart of the process. I was glued to book and sites like crazy, then cant wake up to go to work.

Ive had a 4 year stall. same weight forever, it seems. I've started eating more protein, drinking more water and moving around just for the sake of movement. I hired a personal trainer for cheap, but haven't really started yet.

I have been walking at the park but made it back to gym today. My doctor wants me to do only cardio until I reach my 90 day mark. I worked out on the treadmill and elliptical machine. My legs felt like jello when I left. I plan to hit it again tomorrow.

I'm finish working out and now its time to hit a few clearance racks..I just noticed that I need to get some new bras. I'll let you girls know how it goes...ttyl

I feel u on that. I started out working out almost everyday and now its 3 to 4 times a week and not even that if I'm working my second job.
I wish my legs can get skinny LOL they came down a little but not to much..I'm getting skinny mainly in my waist and top area.
If you can't get off the couch today then maybe you can use the break and regroup nothing wrong with that.

Cycling sounds fun..I tried a cycling class at the gym before I had surgery and it almost killed me. I'm going to see if I can try it again and see if I can hang more than the 15 mins LMAO!
