If you just want to chew get some sugarfree popsicles or even crush ice in your blender/processor (add some crystal light to it and it becomes a slushy). It's not the same as eating food, but it does help you be able to chew something and get your water in!

Glad you were able to get rid of some of your clothes. Just think, soon you'll have even more to give away!

I guess sitting on the couch eating some almonds and watching the Chew doesn't count huh
. I've been walking a lot and my legs have gotten so tiny! I have to change up. I'll only walk 2 miles today and then I guess I'll do Zumba Abs and some crunches. I'm sooooo not motivated today for some reason (maybe working out EVERYDAY is a bit much for me and it's just now catching up with me).

My clothes is bagged and I'm on my way out the door to take my over sized clothes to the women shelter. I have a few pieces that I kept so I can have something to lounge in but most of it will go to someone that could benefit from them. I feel good finally letting go of my past and moving forward with my future.
I come to realize that this is way more than a weight loss journey but a mental journey as well.
I feel good already knowing someone can put my clothes to use. I'll keep yall posted on my day. Thanks for the push girls lol

I'm glad you feeling better..I thought that might have been the problem sipping and eating slow was my hill I had to conquer and a very hard one too. Now its becoming second nature..Hell its hard to break a eating habbit after so many years. This is all new but each week I learn something new and its becoming much, much easier. Good luck my sleeve sista!

Hi stillfablessfat.................Hang in there. Those first couple of weeks are the worst, but it gets better and a little easier. The head hunger is a struggle for most of us on a daily basis. It's a case of mind over matter! If you must yield to the chewing and eating....make a good choice of it, and select something that will benefit your program.
Best wishes.......................Keep it moving!
