Hey Y'all!
Checking in....it's been almost 15 years since my RNY. Lost 100lbs, gained back 30. Feeling really tired and dizzy with some upper left abdominal pain. I feel like I'm vitamin deficient, but not exactly sure what I'm lacking.
Dr. appt tomorrow morning.
Anyone else experience this?
Oh yeah, I've been vegetarian or approx 9 months.
Thanks!
Hi Conclusion,
Checking in to see if you ever found out what the issue was with the pain in your LUQ. I am very curious as I too am experiencing the same thing.
Thanks!
That great. One day at a time. We all have our own Journey So glad that WE are doing well. I chew my food to their is nothing left.
that's great to hear. Since surgery I haven't been able to get down more that 30 grams of protein if that. My doctor visit was 1week post op and at that time he allowed me to have some yogurt, refried beans, cottage cheese. etc.... I can take 1-2 bites of that and that's it. Yesterday was a better day, I got in 40oz of water. No pain for me either. I have 1 more week before returning to work.
I have had no problems with food or pain compared to the others that I read about. I continue to have my 60 grams of protein daily and plenty of water. I start back to work Monday and started walking and dancing Hue about you. I chew my food up always.
