She was going to try to call you yesterday when I was leaving. My visit went really good and now I can progress to a few more food items and he added some more vitamins. Yeah - I am doing good. If I loose about another 15 lbs I will no longer be M.O. - just O. LOL

You are in our prayers Vivi, as we all know all too well how frustrating taking those first steps can be and all the hoops you seem to have to jump through, but it finally does happen and then time has passed and life is back to normal...whatever normal is! Love, Joni
