Verse for the Day May 25

John 8: 23-24 And He was saying to them, "You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world. I said therefore to you, that you shall die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am, He, you shall die in your sins." Father let me take this verse and apply it to my life. Let me understand that Jesus is not of this world and because I am in him, I am no longer of this world either. I am so sad for those who are denying who He is. How sad to die in sin when the hope is right in front of us. Thank you for giving us an escape route. Thank you for your loving sacrifice and the joy of knowing your Son. I love you Lord. Amen.
