I always get so excited to see a new member of the Christianity Forum. Welcome! We look forward to getting to know you and helping you on your journey (and you helping us). Your surgery is Thursday. That's awesome! I'm sure you'll do great.
I'm having VSG on the 17th, one week from today, so I understand your mixture of excitement and nerves. I'm ready to get the surgery behind me.
Let us know how we can help you. Please post a post-op post (how's that for redundancy) as soon as you can.

I am so thrilled you joined us here.  We have a nice family of believers who are at various stages of their WLS journey.  I pray you will participate with us, and share your journey as well. 

I had my RNY in 2006, just over two years ago.  I am currently stalled at a not so great weight because of going back to some old habits, coupled with slacking off my exercise. 

I am also praying for your surgery.  I know the Lord will see you through it as faithfully as He has mine and others here.
