Hello All~ I haven't done roll call in a while so I got excited to see that it wasn't done yet when I signed on this morning. Unless you count my vocal cords as an instrument. 3. Yes; I have felt the Lord telling me to start a women's group for years now. Good Morning Dawn! Glad to see you this morning. Healthwise I'm doing good except for some sinus problems. As for the QODs: 1. My birthday is February 7th. I will be 39. 2. I played the french horn in band in high school but probably couldn't get a sound out of it now. I also took piano lessons as a child but was never that good at it. I had to really practice, it did not come naturally for me. I also love to sing in the choir. 3. No, he has not placed a ministry on my heart that I know of as yet. 4. Right now my favorite color is red. I like brighter colors, like reds, yellows, greens, brighter blues. Anyway, back to work for me. I pray everyone is having a very blessed day! I took our dog outside this morning (6:00 am) for a walk and of course it was still dark but the sky was so very beautiful. Our God is truly amazing. Hi Dawn, so good to have you back regular following your surgery. Hope you are doing great! Just have to add that I think you would be a very good women's group leader. Are you talking about a small group in your home or something to do from church?? Either way I think have leadership ability and I pray the Lord will continue to use you in blessing others. My answers: 1. Jan 8th 2. I play the piano. 3. Think maybe so. My #1 ministry is to my family but I also I have a desire to write and have thought for a while that I should seriously get with it. I have always been involved in this and my husband is very supportive and keeps telling me to "do it". My favorite area is historical fiction or fiction based on Bibilical characters or times. Both to be uplifting and to help people understand life in other times.... history is my favorite subject! 4. I like all colors. I think my favorites for decorating are muted colors like sage green, dusty blue, pale yellow etc. Thanks for starting the thread and those are great questions.

Gina, I'm thinking a mixture of both. I would want it to include all the women at the church and we could meet once a month at either my home or another members. They would be encouraged to invite other unsaved female friends. We would basicly start off with tea or coffee and light snacks followed by open descussion of pray requests and praise reports, we would pray, then have a devotional and invitation for salvation (for the guests). In addition to that, I would want us to have "events" like fundraisers for a cause, going as a group to nursing homes, and my personal favorite; a secret pastor's fund. We could collect a small offering each month and as we raise enough money we could buy him a gift as a token of appriciation. As you can tell, I have thought this out quite throughly. Love, Dawn

Good morning Dawn! My birthday is Nov.10, 1979 Instrument? No, not anymore. I did play the flute growing up. Ministry? No. My favorite color is PURPLE!! I love purple but don't wear that color on clothes. For clothes I prefer pink! God bless you! Letty

Good Morning Dawn and Everyone! Praise God, another day and His mercies are new! Precious Dawn, thank you so much for the email and once agian it was my pleasure being your angel. You will always have a special place in my heart! I pray that you will continue to heal. I am feeling fantastic!! Now that I am able to eat meat on a regular basis the weight is coming off quickly again! Each day is so amazing. Please pray for my granddaughters, Audrey and Katrina, they are very sick and grandma is not happy. They are so cute! The one year old, Katrina, is so girly and walks around with jewelry on and carrying a purse -so cute - then out of her mouth comes this horrible seal sounding cough - not so cute. They have the croup and now they are totally down. My grandma's heart goes out to them. Thank you for your prayers! Answers: 1. When is your birthday? God has placed a ministry in my heart and praise God I am able to do it through His grace! 4. What is your favorite color? Blue is my favorite color but we just built a new home and I didn't do any blue rooms - everything is in neutrals, greens, and browns with touches of rust, mauve and purples. I wish you luck and i will pray for you as you prepare to start your ladies ministry. 1. Birthday - July 26th 71 2.instrument - No, my mother was very talented she taught herself to play piano and was the best, and my brother got her talent, he just started playing one day without a single lesson, by ear, he is one of the best ive ever heard (not prejudice or anything lol)....he has also done this with guitar and bass, and electric...he sings beautiful God has truely blessed him, He is also the Pastor of a church. 3.ministry - Well, My husband is A Pastor of a small church so I help with every ministry we have, I dont even have time to start another one, but if God calls I will follow. 4. - purple, but love all primary colors, Black for clothes as I still havnt had the surgery yet. lol one more thing - I need prayer that Ins. will approve me and Gods will for my life. Hi Dawn! Great to see you posting again! QOD 1. August 2, 1969 2. I play flute...and piano by ear...and I am going to learn guitar. I got one for Christmas. 3. My husband and I are planning to use our home to invite sailors and single moms over. First off...we have to get that home....LOL...so if everyone could pray on that with us...that would be great! He is in the Navy, and I used to be a single mom...not by my choosing. My ex abandoned us. So...both of us would like to minister to the groups we have a heart for and open our home to them. Right now, we don't even have room for us! He is getting ready to be deployed soon and we are hoping to start looking for a house when he returns. 4. Hunter Green Have a great day Everybody! Hello Dawn ~ Hope you have done well today as you are adjusting post surgery.... 1. My birthday is February 6. 2. I play the piano, the trumpet, and the French horn. ( I still play the piano occasionally in church but haven't "tooted" the horns in years.) 3. I am going to school to be an RN so that I can particpate in medical mission work....that is my primary goal for seeking this second career. 4. My favorite color is red.
