First on many Protein drink taste tests!
I love the Champion Nutrition Ultramet, both chocolate and vanilla. They seem to be on a bit of a hold right now.
1. I put it in a sports bottle with ice and about 10 oz of water, shake very vigorously so everything is icey cold and well-mixed.
2. About 12 ounces, 15 or so if you count the powder weight.
3. Don't know about how "bad" it is. Most of the protein drinks are made from whey, which is a milk byproduct. Some people react poorly to whey post-op. It gives them loose to liquid bowls. So if you are finding that to be the case, you may want to cut out the protein shakes for a day or two and see what happens.

Thanks Julie!
Now I could see making 12 oz and it taking a while to drink it all down. I see that the Ultramet is "low carb", but it has a lot of other vitamins in it as well! I'll have to get a sample to try!
