No problem ..I can refer you ..and any one else who is interested in becoming an agent ...just PM me with your real name and e mail address and I will do it via the site .

I love being a Bzz agent ...in the last few months I have received ..coupons and free product galore ..including Nabob coffee , fruits and Passion ( over $100 worth of product for that campaign came in really handy for Christmas gifts let me tell you )  Crest whitestrips , Silk soy beverage , Gay lea spreadables ,and 6 months free hello Canada magazines ..plus you get awarded Mypoints for every report ..which you redeem for goods or gift cards from stores like Winners , Sears , the Gap , Walmart , Home depot etc etc .
I got a really nice rice cooker as a reward ..

Its well worth doing .

Hmmm, and then there was the sonic care toothbrush and the UV sanitizer that followed it.   The eggs campaign kind of sucked though.

Another great one if you can ever get a link to an offer is Matchstick.  One time Matchstick did a promo, only for Toronto area people.  It was to try Splenda.  Folks got 25 free product coupons each with that one.  I traded with folks like crazy to get their coupons.

I buy two to three of the four packs a week.  I love the summer berry.

Hi Wendy,

I have to admit that for the last couple of months I've been struggling. Because I can pretty well eat anything, I have to really watch myself so I don't eat too much. Grazing is a terrible thing. My caloric intake has jumped to well over 1,000/day & often as high as 1,200. As a result, my weight loss has really dropped. In December I lost & gained so much. In the end I netted out at 0.2 loss. In January, I also gained 2 lbs during the cruise, but netted out just over 1 lb lost. So, the last 10 lbs are definately the hardest.

With that said, I've tried to delay giving in to cravings as much as possible. I tell myself that I can't have the Special K cereal bar until I drink a bottle of water. I only allw myself 1 clementine, not two. It's REALLY hard. I think I could maintain at this point fairly easily, but to continue to lose is tough.

Just didn't want you to think compliance is easy. It's not & I'm far from perfect.

Take care,

Andrea

And the good news is this counts as bzzz.

I heard there is a new turkey campaign up for some Ontarians.  I'm not in yet, but check your email.

When at frugalshopper look for the chat forums, no wait, don't do it, way too addictive and probably the same deals that smartcanucks or redflagdeals would have to offer.
