I haven't had to yet, because I usually go through it so quickly. The real estate in my freezer is pretty limited.

Sure.... but then what would be the excuse to eat all that yummy bacon now instead of later?

I did pretty well today, for the weekend after I've had the dreaded ProCrit injection!   We went to the gem and mineral show and that's always so much fun.

B - I waited until I got home from the show to eat and by then it was lunchtime, so I guess it was brunch.   Polish sausage with spicy brown mustard.

Dinner - after my grandson's preschool Christmas show.   We got a rotisserie chicken at Sams Club and I baked some potatoes and I had about half of a nice-sized one with blue cheese dressing and lots of butter.   The chicken was good, too.

Then I had a banana because hubby is muching cookies and I'd really like something sweet.   I ate some broken cookies yesterday (evening) and I was afraid I'd really suffer for it today, but it really wasn't so bad.   Should mollify my husband, who is worried I won't be able to stop losing weight (LOL - I'm sorry but that's just so bizarre) and I say, "I'll just add back more carbs" and he frets "But you can't tolerate carbs! (whimper whimper)."    So I'll be tolerating stuff left and right here, I can just tell.   I'll hang on to my carb phobia until I'm at goal or really close, though!   I really do feel much better when I low-carb it.

Vites:    First am iron - in on time
First am vites - Again, I held those until after the show (the potassium I take now tends to affect me)
Noon batch - In at about suppertime.
I'll do the evening batch at bedtime.

Exercise:
PT stuff, not too bigtime, and then walking around the gem and mineral show.   Checking out gems and minerals, which involved some contortion, as well.   lol

Happy Monday tomorrow, everybody!

I love to see so many folks posting on this thread.

B/L:  2 pieces KFC grilled chicken   25

D:  1/2 McD mushroom and swiss burger without top bun.  24 p  15 c

S:  Soy chips and 2 small handfuls of cashews. 12 p 25 c

S:  Protein shake 28 p  11 c (edited to add this)

So that is what?  89 protein and a whopping 51 carbs?  Not too shabby for an away from home day at the dog trial.

I remembered to take my vites today until this evening, so I am going to be short one multi unless I stay up really late or wake up in the middle of the night.  If I had had a protein shake this morning it would not have been a bad day.  It's a journey.
