Photologue of Cooking Brok's Pizza - Wow, it's so good!

I don't know why it took me so long to make Brok's pizza, but it seemed the perfect thing on this rainy day.

It's a famous DS food, so I thought I'd document it.

First, you start with 3 cups of shredded cheese.  Brok's recipe specifies which, but I used a mix of cheddar and Monterrey Jack.

You mix it up with 3 eggs, and form a crust (Sorry, didn't think to take pictures until the next step).

You spread it out onto a Pizza pan, sprayed with Pam.  I used my Pampered Chef pizza stone.

Cook it in the oven at 450 for about 15-20 minutes.  Check it often!  Mine came out a ittle well done, but I like the browned cheese edges, so no biggie to me

This is what the crust looks like when done:

While you're making the crust, brown whatever meat toppings you want.  I used crumbled sweet Italian sausage.  But my dear DS'ers, you can use whatever you want!

Now that your meat is ready, time to sauce up and top your crust.  I found a gluten free marinara sauce, with 2g carbs.  Not sure if this is the lowest carb out there, but it was the lowest in my supermarket today so there you have it:

Add your toppings:

And broil for a few minutes to melt the cheese.  Once ready, I took it out of the oven and added some ricotta cheese and cherry peppers to mine.  And I do like mine cooked this much, you can obviously take yours out sooner if you like.  I'm the person who eats the browned cheese off all the mac and cheese too.

This stuff is amazingly delicious.  And to think, some other WLS folks are sniffing KFC. (if you read that thread you know what I mean)

What's that noise?  Oh yeah, it's me yelling I LOVE MY DS!!!!!"

Christmas Cookie is a great one too.  I pretty much like all the food ones, :)

That's so funny!  I was just scrolling through the pics (which look delish by the way Joanne) and saw the Autumn Leaves.  I was just going to comment about how much I love that scent too!  Another great fall scent is spiced cider from Bath and Body Works.
Hopeful and Lkn4ward....no turning back!

Thanks, it's very easy to make.  Jenna posted on her blog once about making it with Buffalo chicken and wing sauce I think, which looked really good too.  You could really get creative with this.

Yeah, I'm glad I have my gas range.  We had electric when we first bought the house and I'm so glad we changed it.
