What questions should I ask my surgeon on Friday?

I have my notebook of questions that I've compiled, but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.  What do you vets think should absolutely be on my list?  Or rather, what do you wish you would've asked your surgeon before surgery?  Thanks so much for the help.  You guys are really an awesome group!
