Another Vite Question...Vitaladies program

So I'm up late filling my vite holder up so it's one less thing to do later. And I noticed that Vitalady's program has copper in the a.m. batch with the iron and vit c. I was always taught that you only mix iron with vit. c, not anything else. I am assuming that this is not a typo on her schedule, and that it is ok to take copper with iron - it won't interact?
As soon as I am done typing this I'm going to google search it, but just wondered what all the experts on here know.
Thanks!!
Lisa

I am not an expert on the vitamins, but I have read that you can take the copper with the iron with no problem.

Copper actually aids in the absorption of iron.  You can google it and find quite a few articles on that.  Vitalady sure knows her stuff :)

Minerals with the same charge can compete for absorption.

Calcium, Copper, Iron and Magnesium all have the 2+ charge. The role that deficiencies of one moneral have on another is different than competitive absorption.
Aluminium Al3+
Calcium Ca2+
Copper(II) Cu2+ cupric
Hydrogen H+
Iron(II) Fe2+ ferrous
Iron(III) Fe3+ ferric
Magnesium Mg2+
Mercury(II) Hg2+ mercuric
Potassium K+ kalic
Silver Ag+
Sodium Na+ natric
