Man, sometimes I get a craving for this and their Cajun Crab Spread. Picked up some today. I like to mix them, munchin on w bit now. If I need to stay away, tell me now. It's one of my favorites, but I can try to break the chain.

Crab is protein. Protein is good for you :)

However I've never bought the stuff so I don't know what's on the ingredient list. As long as there isn't a lot of sugar or carbs in it, enjoy!!!

 I know that the "Krab"  (surimi) can be kind of high in carbs,  I think I read 8.7 carbs per ounce, so if you're really trying to watch your carbs, this could add up.

The imitation crab usually is made with wheat as an ingredient. I eat gluten free so that's where I stop when reading the label...couldn't tell you a carb count off the top of my head...



....wait google is my friend....Louis Kemp imitation crab meat has the carbs at 14g in a 2/3 cup serving
