Okay, heading out to the pcp to discuss labs, bp and bone/dexa scan. Am I foolish to think they might do it all today? We'll see.
Scale said 270 this morning (but 275 last night). We'll see what the "real" scale at pcp says and how far off my home one is. Daily weighing has given me an idea of the trending direction during this "jump start," but I am gonna cut to weekly from here on.

Hope everything went well for you today! I am a daily weigher. Maybe I shouldn't be but I just don't let it get to me. I have always kept an eye on my weight just to see trends. I drop a bunch, gain a few, then slowly lose past the big drop. This is how it has worked since the 2nd month. It's just something I gotta do for me. Good luck on the journey you're jump starting. You can do this! So happy for you!
