First little wow
I was just updating my sig line and tracker info and stuff and I just realized that since my first consult with my surgeon back on March 28th (and I was weighed on his scale) to this morning (on my scale), I have lost 18 lbs!!
And surgery was a week ago yesturday, I weighed myself the day of surgery at home, and in that week I have lost 9 lbs.
Wow, wow, wow!!
I am working on uping my protein, got down the first shake sample today, so I'm at 49 gms so far today.

Good for you Lisa!
It sounds like you are doing really well in your recovery phase.
A small word to the wise - don't be alarmed if you have a small "stall" at about the one month point. It very commonly happens as our metabolism responds to the reduced caloric intake. Don't panic! Your weight loss will pick back up again.
49 grams of protein at one week out is nice steady progress.
