My DH is a chef, and I just got back from visiting him at work. I mentioned the recipe to him and his staff, and they're going to try some in the fryers sometime this week, just for ****s and giggles.

I have a friend who worked on Guam for a while. There was a costume party once and she went as a can of Spam. She sent a picture to the Spam corporation and they made her the Spambassador to Guam. She has a certificate and everything. And that is as close as I want to get to a can of Spam...ever.
