Heavenly Fluff - My version

Last time I made fluff I was only a couple months post op and found that though it was tasty I didn't much like the texture. So yesterday I make whipped cream and today I'm thinking...nom nom nom, let's add a little of this and a little of that. So this is what I came up with.

One quart of heavy cream (of course you can use less,  but I am lazy and like to make a lot so I have it for several days)
3/4 to 1 small (16oz) container of whole milk ricotta
1 to 2 teaspoons of liquid vanilla
2 boxes of sugar free instant vanilla pudding (or choc cheesecake, pistaciao...whatever your heart desires)
A couple packets of sweetner (optional - I happen to like my stuff a bit on the sweeter side)

Whip the heavy cream until you have soft peaks. Add the vanilla and both boxes of the pudding. Blend together. Add the ricotta and blend more. Add the sweetner to taste. I then beat it on high for a minute until it was the consistancy of icing. If you find it too thick and dry add more cream, milk, or half and half until you get it to the consistancy you want.

Now go find a spoon, stop licking your fingers, and enjoy!

What is the consistency like? Safe enough for a post op?

This sounds sooo yummy and seems safe for the fully liquid stage or at least my next mushy stage.

The consistancy is that of icing...or that is how I made it anyway. Think whipped yogurt perhaps too. You could always make it a bit more thin by adding more milk, cream or half and half. As or it being good for a newbie I'd say yes, liquid stage / mushy stage / anytime stage!
