Appetite has been hit and miss lately.
S- none
B-protein drink (overslept grabbed one on my way out the door.)
L- 1/2c salami cubes, 1/2 c cheese cubes, 10 grapes 2 ww crackers ( super Target deli tray), crystal light
S- oh yeah wafer bar
D- 2Thick slices of turkey breast, 6 green beans, Iced tea
S- protein drink
Vites all in, fluids all in, exercise none today.

B - low carb wrap with bacon, egg and cheese, cup coffee with HC
S - iced coffee with HC and splenda
L - piece quiche and breve latte
S - some chilli, sour cream and shredded cheese & some meat & cheese roll ups over a few hours
D - 4 large shrimp, a piece of salmon and some ginger lime coleslaw, diet coke
S - piece ww bread toasted with peanut butter, cup decaf with HC
At least alot of the water weight has gone now, just got to work on the 8lbs of regain before I go back to England in August!!
My Zumba DVd set arrived in the mail so I am going to get cracking on doing that while its too hot to walk outside!!
Goals:
* Drink less coffee and more water
* get some exercise in every day
* have at least one snack as a protein shake each day
* not buy chips at the store so they are not in the house lol

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Layerd Egg casserole: C=6; P=32
