Oh, Lisey, this was a very tough read. Things certainly sound like they are looking down at this point, but you never know until get some results back. Unfortunately you may just be getting started with your research. Please keep us posted, and know that you're in my prayers.

Thanks, Chad. Sometimes it's been hard to stay positive in the past couple weeks, but in the end, it's the only way to live your life, imo.

Hugs to you Lisey! My father in law had mantle cell lymphoma, stage 4 when they found it. It was in his spine. He underwent treatment, that was 5 years ago, and he is still in remission. I have nothing but very high hopes for you! I pray you get all that you need in every aspect. I pray you get the best news possible. I am so sorry you have to walk this road.

Thank you, Diane. I'm glad to hear that he is doing well. I can forsee that something like this will make me really appreciate the beauty in small things and "stop to smell the roses".

As I read through your post one recurring thought was on my mind.....Knowledge is Power. You are so blessed to have such a great understanding of your own body and how it works. So often I believe that people aren't able to get the right treatment for whatever ails them, because they simply don't "get" how it all works. That knowledge makes you different and IMO so much better prepared for all that is going on with you.

I can tell by the way that you write that you are going to fight this and beat it. You are strong. You will be led to the right people - and to the right care. I will pray for a miracle for you.

Thank you very much, Kathie. I agree that Knowledge is Power - it makes me feel more secure and better equipped to manage my health care. No "blind" reliance here :)
