Can anyone locate Jamie Carr, BSN, RN??

She was my best friend in nursing school, and I lost her contact information. She was Dr. Husted's clinical director. She was a Bariatric Contributor for OH. She used to travel around the country assessing bariatric programs to see if they qualified as centers for excellence. She is now (I think) Senior Vice President for Bariatric Partners.

She is one of the main people who urged me to get WLS, and *****assured my fears. Now that I am going to do it, I would like to contact her and let her know. But I don't have her cell phone number or any other contact info anymore.

Can anyone help me? If you know her, feel free to ask her first before you give me any info.
