Protein Question

 3yrs out.

Does protein help us loose weight? or is the specified amounts required for something we cant absorp normally or  maintain weight.

I wanna loose 20 more pounds and not sure to either up the protein or decrease the calories..

Up the protein and DECREASE the carbs.

Calorie counting will not work unless you do the DS math on every bite.

How much protein do you get in per day?  Do you work out?

I workout daily , somedays twice at very hig intensity.

but gawd sugar is hard to keep out and what DS math again? missed that

OK,  because you are a man and you work out you need more protein than the average.

The sugar is the problem.  I'll tell you that right now without knowing anything else. Get rid of the sugar and your 20# will come off and stay off.

Click on the DS facts link in my signature line.  There is a lot of info and the DS math is in there also.

Oh Crap!  Thanks, I will fix it!  Probably when I switched to Firefox.  None of my liks are hot anymore.

Well, I dunno. I just clicked on it and it works for me so I am not sure how to fix something that works for me and nnot someone else.  I will have to find a geek! lol
