I had my first post-op follow up; had the staples and drain removed.  Now I have a long list of the supplements I need to begin taking.  Can some of you veterans give me advice about the best brands/sources?  I went to the local drug store for my first batch, but I know I'll need to start using mail order to save money in the future.

I order everything from www.Vitalady.com. She also has a schedule I started with and adjust to go with my labs.  I'll find the link to the full schedule and post it shortly.

Actually, things like Calcium Citrate, Centrum-like multi's, zinc, and B vitamins can all be bought locally, and keep your eyes peeled for good BOGO sales and stock up.

It's the dry vitamins A, D, K and E that you'll need to find online in the megadoses that we need.

I get most of mine at Puritan.com when they have buy 2 get 3 free sales.  I stock up and usually buy a couple times a year.

I started with Vitalady but found the Vitamin Shoppe to be either equal or cheaper and add not having to pay shipping cost it beat Vitalady. However, they do not have the high dose Vite D we need. And this only works if you have a Vitamin Shoppe close by.

I followed Vitalady's plan and then tweaked for labs.  I get vites from her and Amazon.

What makes vita lady value for me is the individual daily packs everything comes in. I don't have to think count or track. Clip off a pack and go! Absolutely great for traveling.
