BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - Italian capicola 2 oz maybe
L - protein shake [6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 2 oz oz og water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
D - chocolate martini and a some of the steak fajita [maybe 3 oz of steak]
S - protein tasting at support group
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending
EXERCITES:
none - back in the conference room the next 2 days

OK I missed yesterday I put it in and didn't press submit. So I am going to skip Sunday, and I would do yesterday for today but "I blew yesterday"![]()
so that makes it easy, my Sunday plan was to get on track and start making some changes in my eating and instead I ordered pizza at work and over the evening ate 3 1/2 big pieces, the rest of the day went ok but it ended ugly. So I am going to make a plan today and I'm going to live on protein shakes, and a quest bar and I believe we are having chicken for supper, I may have some of that. But I am breaking away from carbs, and junk food. I am making an eating plan and exercise plan for the day, so I wanted to put in
vites: all in
exercites: nothing Sunday/ swimming Monday
Feelings: I am feeling a lot of anger, I would like a day to myself but my 22 year old son is on the couch playing sick this week including today, and I am not very happy. The one that had surgery last week is suppose to be coming to say for a couple days which is ok but he has no money and that means he will be bugging me for smoke money. Did I mention I am not crazy about my kids these days.
This is my rant for the day. Tomorrow will be better.
I need to exercise today but what I am exercising will be boundaries.

Oh dear, I hope you're staying awake in your meeting... I used really suffer in meetings when I had apnea, thank God I don't have to deal with that any more.

I skipped out on a conference today. I just could not face a 2hr lecture on epidemiology.
